Processing Time

All BS Tees items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships.

During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

BS Tees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BS Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or your local post office.

International Shipping

At this time, BS Tees ships within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
